Practice cancelled for non-syf/new members on 14/4

ONLY TO: New members and Non-SYF members,

1. practice on 14/4 (tues) will be cancelled for all sections.

2. practice on 16/4 (thur) is as usual for percussion and yangqin.

3. CCA will stand down for all SEC.4 EXP/NA/NT non-syf members from this week onwards.
