These are the final candidates for the election:

Chairperson and Vice-chairperson
Alston Ong (3A1)
Valerie Ng (3A1)
Quek Li Jun (3E2)

Student Conductor and Asst. Student Conductor
Berlinda Tan (3E1)
Darunee (3E1)
Putri (3E3)

What are the candidates suppose to do?
1) Select 1 colour to represent you by 10/03/09 (Tues)
2) Do up a poster and duplicate to put around the GO room area by 11/03/2009 (Wed).
3) May wish to make little things. E.g. Flyers, bookmark (this is optional)
4) Prepare a speech (approx 2min), which should include a suggestion on how to improve the orchestra for the year 2009-2010.
· Send your completed speech for checking to Miss Tao by 11/03/09 (Wed)
· Post up the vetted speech & poster onto the GO blog by 13/03/09 (Fri) (This is to ensure that the non-syf members have a chance to look at your speech & poster)

Voting
· 17/03/09 (Tues): all sec.1 (except percussion/yangqin) and non-syf (except percussion)
· 19/03/09 (Thurs): all sec.1 (percussion and yangqin) and non-syf (percussion)
· 21/03/09 (Sat): All SYF members

Important: All non-syf and sec.1 members are to check the blog from 13/03/09 (Fri) to 16/03/09 (Mon) to see their speech and poster.
