Plucked string: Tues 2.30pm

Sec.2 & 3 Combined: Wed 2.30pm

Other sections: Thurs 2.30pm

1. Those who have remedial lessons

Report after your remedial -latest 3.45pm

AFTER 3.45pm considered LATE~

2. Group leaders 

Submit orange attendance file to Xue Fang/Sean -by 3.45pm

Record latecomers on D. File by 4pm

3. Xue Fang/Sean

Submit combined attendance to Teacher ic -by 4.00pm

Place orange files on the GREY tray after recording

(XF, pls get the combined attendance from me on Tues morning)
